If connected, QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's own terms. LedgerVia reads QuickBooks data only, and disconnecting stops all access.
LedgerVia is provided as is, without warranties. It is a work-tracking aid and not accounting, tax or legal advice. Aloha Secure remains responsible for its own books and records.
